What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items in stock as fast as we can. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 8-15 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please send us an email at mogadorkitchens@gmail.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your full name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is already shipped, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order. However, you must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already shipped, you can return it after you receive the product to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you provide the wrong address, you can reply to your order conformation email and confirm your correct address. You should notify us as soon as possible within 24 hours via email at mogadorkitchens@gmail.com. A refund may not be issued if the item already shipped.

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to ship within 2-3 business days from the order date. However, shipping times vary depending on destination and USPS operations. Unfortunately, we have no control over USPS. Shipping  may take a little longer than usual due to COVID. The average shipping time is 5-15 business days.
